Navigating Life Transitions with Confidence
Our counseling services provide compassionate support for those facing significant transitions, including:
✔ Career changes – Find clarity and confidence in your next step.
✔ Breakups & divorce – Heal, rebuild, and rediscover yourself.
✔ Grief & loss – Process emotions and find a path forward.
My Approach
Life can be overwhelming and dark sometimes where we feel like we are alone and not worthy or even seen. I want you to feel seen and heard in the midst of it all. You are not invisible. I believe “EVERY PERSON IS VALUABLE and deserves love and happiness. Everyone is on their own personal life journey, and at times, we need to stop and ask for directions or seek help to repair a deflated sense of self. This takes a level of grit, self-awareness, and willingness to become vulnerable to overcome barriers internally and externally.”
Approach: Rooted in Connection & Evidence-Based Models
We integrate:
🔹 Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – Strengthening emotional bonds and secure attachments.
🔹 Systemic Therapy – Addressing relational patterns to create lasting change.
✨ You don’t have to navigate these transitions alone. Let’s work together to create a path toward healing, growth, and purpose.

Common Misconceptions of therapy/therapists
1. Therapy is for individuals with severe mental health disorders/diagnosis.
FALSE: Therapy can be for those higher needs issues but more often than not, therapy is a preventative and wellness that can be beneficial for a broad range of issues such as: stress management, personal growth, goal setting, complex family dynamics, boundary setting and marital support.
2. Therapy is only for venting/talking.
FALSE: There are SO MANY different TYPES OF THERAPY!! Therapy is a process of identifying communication, thought or emotional breakdowns, and/or areas of pain/frustration/ill coping and allow the therapist to guide you to resolution. Some venting helps while too much creates a barrier to resolution. Some types of therapy are strictly driven toward action and coping. Some are more about self discovery and some are focused on healing through a crisis or tragic event.
3. Therapy means you are WEAK/sign of weakness.
FALSE: Therapy is actually a strength because it takes courage to acknowledge and work through issues that are getting in your way towards your best self.
4. Therapy is a quick fix.
FALSE: Therapy can be very focused and it can also take time; mostly it is based on the consistent effort and commitment of the client.
5. Therapists have all the answers. (HAHAHAHA!)
FALSE:
NO therapist are highly trained and have a ton of support in order to help others. They often have therapists of their own and often are working through issues just like you. WE are HUMAN.
I realize there is the misconception that therapists are stuffy and inflexible with lofty ideas that often do not live in the real world. I assure you that I am in fact, living in this world and I do in fact understand the pain that humans can cause toward each other.
